Yahima Ferrera Vaillant, born in Santiago de Cuba, is a graduated dancer and teacher. She was part of the Conjunto Folklórico del Oriente (with whom she had danced for 5 years) and the Rueda de Casino with Yanek Revilla. Since 2007, she has been living in Frankfurt a.M., Germany, where she works as both a teacher and professional dancer at the Salsa Dance School Conexión. She participated in various Salsa festivals in Germany, France, and Holland, sharing the stage with a wide range of artists, such as Luis Mario Chacon “Aspirina”, Luanda Pau, Adalberto Álvarez y su son, Mayimbe or Tirso Duarte. She is currently involved in the project “Fclan Entertainment”.
Didio Bargallo Guevara was born in Santiago de Cuba. He started his impressive artistic career at the Escuela de Danza Moderna (EVA) of Santiago de Cuba in 1983. He later received professional training as a dancer and choreographer at the famous Escuela Nacional de Arte (ENA). He worked both as a dancer and choreographer at the Conjunto Folklórico Nacional and the Conjunto Folklórico del Oriente. He participated in countless dance and choreography festivals in Cuba, Europe, and Latin America. Since 2007, he has successfully been teaching at the Salsa Dance School Conexión in Frankfurt. Since 2009, he has held many workshops at Salsa festivals throughout Europe. We are very happy to have Yahima and Didio as our guests!
